CommsForward is a business communication conference organised by Citrine One Group with the intent to be the preferred platform where top-level management of corporations, businesses, academia, governments and communication practitioners congregate to discuss, debate, share insights and knowledge to address trends and issues facing the world today and promote best communication practices to convey their desired messages which can build trust and confidence to the entity.

Undeniably, the power of clear and thoughtful communication can make a significant difference in business relationships. Hence, the CommsForward Conference is about listening, understanding, and interacting meaningfully – leading to more successful interactions in every aspect of one’s business objectives.

The CommsForward Conference will be held biennially as a reminder for communication practitioners to reflect on the opportunities and challenges that the modern means of business and social communication (the press, motions pictures, radio, television and the internet) afford corporations, businesses and governments to communicate their messages to their desired outcome.

CommsForward25 is the inaugural conference slated to be held from 2 – 3 July 2025. For a start, this conference is expected to draw 250 participants from Southeast Asia (SEA) and globally with the theme “Shaping Stories, Inspiring Results”.

​As part of our goal to groom and develop communication talents, CommsForward25 will feature the STRATSEA 2025: InterVarsity Crisis Communication Award, a competition among top communication undergraduates from Southeast Asia. The top three finalists will be flown in to present their crisis communication strategies in front of an esteemed judging panel, with the winner announced during a special award ceremony on Day 2 of the Conference.
